The subscribed field can have different values. In the table below you will find the values which will be set by the module. Off course other values are still possible, but these values will be set by the integration.

| Unknown | We could not determine if the customer has subscribed or not. I.e. when the customer placed an order or registered his account he did not opt-in to subscribe for the newsletter. Howevery since there is a customer relation for this customer you can e-mail them. |
| Subscribed | We are sure the user has opted-in to receive the newsletter. |
| Unsubscribed | The customer has unsubscribed from Magento. |
| Unsubscribed_copernica | The customer has unsubscribed by clicking the unsubscribe link from the newsletter. The unsubscribe action has been registered in Copernica. |
