We have included a managed firewall which will block all traffic except a few exceptions. If you need access to SSHon ports 80, 443 and 3306. All other traffic will be blocked. It's possible to whitelist IP addresses in order to gain access for instance with SSH. If you need to whitelist your IP addresses, please contact support in order to whitelist your IP addresses. which will be able to arrange access for you.
