Cream is pleased to announce the release of the Cream Cloud version 1.0.0, which is the first release of the Cream Cloud. This release provides several features for users of the Cream Cloud.
New Features
Welcome Message
Every Cream Cloud server will now be provisioned with a welcome message which will show once you login with SSH. This message will also show some server information, which includes:
- Hostname of the server
- IPv4 address of the server
- IPv6 address of the server
Managed Firewall
We have included a managed firewall which will block all traffic except on ports 80, 443 and 3306. All other traffic will be blocked. It's possible to whitelist IP addresses in order to gain access for instance with SSH. If you need to whitelist your IP addresses, please contact support which will be able to arrange access for you.
